Meet Our Founder & President

Dr. Angella Banks, ThD, DBA, MBA, BS

Dr. Angella Banks is a visionary leader with a passion for education. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in academia and Christian ministry, serving as an inspiration to the entire Xcellence Global Christian Leadership Institute community. She is also the Founder of Xcellence Leadership Institute, a global personal and professional development school. She is a former professor for Lane College, an HBCU college based in Jackson, Tennessee.
